Sticks to slick surfaces like tile, paneling or glossy paint and hides dark colors. Seals new wood on interior surfaces and seal all type of exterior wood. Meets SCAQMD VOC requirements. Covers about 400 sq-ft per gal depending on application method and surface porosity.
